About This Course
The aim of this course is to introduce you to the information systems used in the field of management. We address the technologies behind it and the types of information systems that exist. Then, the different dimensions of information systems for data management are presented, as well as the different stages of implementation of these types of systems. Lastly, we study their application to the areas of project management and customer service.
