About This Course
The aim of this course is to introduce you to the field of work psychology. Several topics that relate to work in organizations are addressed, such as the job performance, recruitment, training and professional development. The relationship between productivity, job satisfaction and work motivation are also taken into account. Lastly, we look at the areas of career management, leadership and organizational culture and climate.
